ONE on ONE JEWISH TUTORING

These are our students at Chabad Sparks One-on-One Jewish Tutoring Club!
At Chabad Sparks, our one-on-one student teacher ratio gives your child undivided attention, allowing each tutor to focus on a child’s individual needs, moving at their own pace.
Each week your child has the opportunity to engage with other children and revise what they have learnt through interactive games, baking and crafts. Children learn, play and create Jewish projects, focusing on Hebrew letter recognition and Jewish culture.
Our lessons are stimulating and gives your child a hands on Jewish experience, so that they acquire a broad knowledge of Judaism in a motivating and challenging way.
We are dedicated to making the richness of our Jewish heritage accessible to every Jew, regardless of their affiliation or level of religious observance.
Chabad Sparks prides itself in always being a safe and nurturing environment.
All staff hold a WWCC and undergo appropriate training.
At Chabad Sparks, we have one goal: we want our students to view Judaism in an intelligent, relevant and upbeat light.
One-on-One Jewish Studies 2025
2025 Term Dates:
Term 1: February 10th - March 31st (No JTC on March 10th)
Term 2: April 28th - June 23rd (No JTC June 2nd and 9th)
Term 3: Aug 4 - September 15th
Term 4: October 20th - December 8th (No JTC on Nov 3rd)
Sign Up in 4 Simple Steps:
Step 1 - Hubworks Profile
If your child has not attended any overnight, day camps or clubs with Chabad Youth or Chabad Sparks before please follow the link and enrol at
chabadyouth.hubworks.com.au.
This form only needs to be filled out once and it will be relevant for all Chabad Sparks Programs.
This is a requirement. Your enrolment will not be formalised until your hubworks profile is complete.
If your child already has a hubworks profile - you can skip to step 2!
Step 2 - Immunisation Record
Email a copy of your child's immunisation record to
[email protected] OR mail to Chabad Sparks, 1 A'Beckett Street S.Kilda East, VIC 3183.
This is a requirement. Your enrolment will not be formalised until our office has a current copy.
This only needs to be sent once in the 2024 calendar year.
If you have already sent this to us - you can skip to step 3!
Step 3 - Allergy Action Plan
If your child has been diagnosed with any of the following you will need to email or mail us an action plan completed by a doctor (must include a photo of your child):
- Asthma
- Anaphylaxis
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Allergies/Intolerances (food, diet, sunscreen, band aids etc).
This only needs to be sent once in the 2024 calendar year.
If you have already sent this to us, or this isn't applicable for your child - you can skip to step 4!
Step 4 - Registration Into Program
Complete the online Chabad Sparks Tuition form 2023. This form manages the legally required information for childcare purposes such as your personal information, information about your child and certain authorisations. It is a mandatory pre-requisite for booking into the program. This only needs to be filled out once a year for Tuition.

Your enrolment and booking is complete! You will receive confirmation and a program information handbook.
